overall experience : would definitely come again! amazing service and great ambiance. food was delicious as well as the drinks. came for lunch on a monday and no wait at all! food : - chicken and waffles 9/10 : waffles were perfectly airy. combination of the salted butter and syrup was amazing as a person who prefers savory dishes it was not too sweet. the chicken was really crunchy but batter was a little too thick for my liking. overall it was lightly salted and paired with a spicy garlic flavored sauce that made for a great option. - okonomiyaki fries 10/10 : fries were perfectly crispy with a generous amount of flakes on top. the salty flavor of the flakes and the creamy mayo added great flavor to the fries. - k bomb chicken benny 9/10 : chicken was perfectly cooked. super crispy with a savory spicy sauce. the eggs benedict had a perfectly soft boiled egg with a citrusy sauce on ciabatta. drinks : - matcha latte 7/10 : not the best matcha latte but had great matcha flavor and lightly sweetened - volcano coffee 9/10 : tasted really good and creamy but it was initially hard to mix in with the cup that they used. flavor was on point.

There's a lot of brunch options in SF but this place consistently pops up when I was doing my research. Place was busy on a Sunday. Long wait time but it was worth it. The place is small and a little cramped but staff were very efficient and organized. Our orders took a longer time to arrive so maybe consider that if you're in a rush All our orders are tasty. The Southwest scramble is so so, nothing special. K bomb benny is unique, I didn't expect that korean chicken will pair well with eggs benedict. Also tried the volcano coffee, it's the usual Dalgona coffee, nothing special. But the star for me was the mascarpone pancake. The batter is soft and fluffy and the mascarpone topping is the perfect compliment! Definitely a must!

Date of Visit: 8/2/2024 We visited the Four Chairs Restaurant for Friday brunch last Friday! Four Chairs is located in the corner of the neighborhood of Bernal Heights and Mission District. It was opened in early 2022 and has been family owned since then. They served many popular New American breakfast and brunch items, such as omelet, benedict, pancake, chicken and waffle, sandwiches etc. We made a reservation beforehand and were sat right away. Volcano Coffee with Oat Milk $7 My friend got the very popular Dalgona coffee. On the top is the thick foam of coffee with oat milk under it. Butterfly Lychee $7 I got the blue and white butterfly lychee, made with butterfly pea tea and lychee juice. K-bomb Chicken Benny $20 This one is one of the popular dishes, with a piece of Korean fried chicken on the side. The benedict was topped with chipotle hollandaise sauce and served on ciabatta, with home fries and house salad on the side. Mascarpone Pancake $16 The other dish we got was the pancake. This is a stack of three pancakes with mascarpone in between, topped with banana, berries, orange and with maple syrup on the side.

food: Mascarpone pancake: 5/5 The mascarone was perfectly light in sweetness but rich in creaminess, and paired well with the fluffy pancakes. K-bomb chicken benny: 4.5/5 Not too spicy (I have a low spice tolerance, trust me) but had all the right spices and just the right amount of crunch! It was amazing with the soft, warm toast and eggs benedict. The side potatoes were alright but the salad had zero dressing so that was kinda sad and flavorless.. drinks: mango matcha latte: 3.5/5 A little bit too much ice for my liking (which was 80% of the cup) but the matcha flavor was good, paired well with the mango puree. Presentation was pretty but probably would not get it again. There's definitely better matcha elsewhere. strawberry matcha latte: 3.5/5 Same notes as the mango matcha latte. ambiance + service: 4/5 We (2 people) waited nearly an hour on a busy Sunday so be prepared for that! They have a yelp waitlist machine inside. Service was relatively fast but they don't really check in on you throughout, hence the 4/5 rating. Ambiance however was amazing, on par with every other pricey brunch spot in SF. Parking: Meter parking is free on Sundays but every other day of the week will be tougher to find open spots. Overall: Would recommend the two dishes we got, and recommend getting there early to beat the possibly long wait!
